An initial deep dive of your existing systems and workflows. We’ll spend time truly observing your workflows, mapping out how they work together, documenting, and pinpointing where your bottlenecks are. We’ll then research and suggest the right tools to consolidate your tech stack and automate your workflows. We’ll end this phase with a detailed map of your companies systems and processes and a strategy on how to implement.

Implementation

On a By Project Basis

We partner with you and your team to execute on the strategy mapped out in Ops360. We’ll clean, standardize, and prepare your data for migration; configure the system and migrate your data in; then integrate your system with your other tools (setting up automations along the way).

Manage

On a Quarterly Retainer Basis
